Meet Our Leadership
Adela Dunlap, Founder and CEO
Born in Foca, Boznia and Herzegovina, Adela quickly became a refugee and immigrant after birth. Her family eventually made it to the US. She now resides in Omaha with her daughter and rescue puppy Nala.
Adela started her medical staffing career as a recruiter and quickly realized that travelers were not being treated fairly. She set out to establish a medical staffing agency that was different and put travelers first.

Melinda Meyer, President
Melinda worked as a healthcare worker and traveler for 12 years before transitioning to medical staffing. This experience has given her a unique perspective as she knows what it’s like to navigate the world of medical assignments!
Melinda has been working in the staffing industry for 8 years and received a number of industry awards during her recruiting career.
She is a single mom of three wonderful kids excited to take the staffing industry to a whole new level!
Aaron Howland, COO
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Aaron joined Clear Choice Resources with 7 years of medical staffing experience.

He has been married to his wife, Samantha, for 2 years and enjoys playing with his two dogs Weasley (Golden Doodle) and Harvey (Poodle).
Tim Quass, CSO
Tim joined the Clear Choice Resources team with over 20 years of sales and leadership experience.

Tim has been married to his beautiful wife for over 20 years and bleeds scarlet and cream for the best college sports program in the country – GBR!

Our two women owners, Adela Dunlap, and Melinda Meyer, had an idea to start an agency that prioritizes values and traits they admire most at the forefront of an agency. Thus, Clear Choice Resources was born.
As a women-owned agency, we wanted to be different and bring empathy, supportiveness, honesty, and devotion as traits we value most.
Our ownership group has over 25 years of experience to help guide our travelers through every step of the process, from lining up your travel needs to helping you staff your facility or hospital.
