Meet Our Leadership
Adela Dunlap, Founder and CEO
Born in Foča, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Adela’s journey began with adversity. Shortly after her birth, her family was forced to flee their home during the Bosnian War, eventually rebuilding their lives in the United States. Those early experiences shaped her resilience, compassion, and unwavering commitment to helping others.
Today, Adela is the Founder and CEO of Clear Choice Resources. She lives in Omaha, Nebraska, with her husband, their two children, and their rescue dog, Nala.
Adela began her career in healthcare staffing as a recruiter, where she quickly recognized that many travel healthcare professionals were being treated as numbers instead of people. Determined to change that, she founded Clear Choice Resources with a simple mission: put healthcare professionals first.
She believes that every traveler deserves honesty, transparency, and an advocate who will stand beside them from the first conversation through the end of every assignment.

Aaron Howland, COO
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Aaron brings more than seven years of healthcare staffing experience to Clear Choice Resources. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for creating lasting relationships, solving challenges, and helping healthcare professionals find opportunities where they can succeed.
Aaron joined Clear Choice Resources because he believed in our mission to do things differently.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Samantha, and their two dogs, Weasley, a Goldendoodle, and Harvey, a Poodle.

With more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience, Tim brings a wealth of business expertise and strategic insight to Clear Choice Resources. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams by leading with integrity, developing meaningful relationships, and never losing sight of what matters most—the people.

Outside of the office, Tim has been happily married to his wife for more than 20 years. A lifelong Nebraska fan, you’ll find him cheering on the Huskers every chance he gets. His scarlet and cream pride runs deep—Go Big Red!
